SHAWN THE HANDYMAN

This is a review for Shawn the Handyman. I listed flooring as the work done, but Shawn and his guys completed multiple jobs beyond the flooring installation, including carpet removal, painting, spackling and a myriad of other tasks in a professional and friendly manner. What you need to know: Pricing: The pricing is fair, with the pricing schedule explained clearly at the start. There weren't any unpleasant surprises with the bill. Value: In some situations, unless the cost is high, the work is shoddy. That isn't the case with Shawn, whose work is exceptional and affordable. Punctuality: In a time when getting workers to actually show up seems to be impossible, Shawn's guys were on time every day. Knowledge and integrity: Shawn demonstrated both with clear understanding of the work and materials needed and honest advising of what jobs were and were not within his purview. Shawn has a very professional process, from his website, quotes, documents, payment methods etc. It was a smooth process from quote, to acceptance, to job completion. Shawn and his partner took down thirty fence pieces, a large deck, and did a great job! They arranged for a dumpster and disposal. Special note, they completed the job on three of the hottest days of the summer. Their pricing was fair and I would highly recommend Shawn for any of your home needs.

I called Shawn because I was recommended by a friend at my children’s school. Being a single mother of 4 children I explained to the wonderful receptionist exactly what I needed done.. and explained my time schedule of having to be out of my previous rental and needing this house done in order to make sure my children had somewhere safe to go. Shawn fit me into his schedule last minute, got the jobs done fast and effectively. I can’t not explain my gratitude for him and his company. Shawn the handy man had great customer service, affordable pricing & explains everything every step of the way. All my repetitive questions answered and truly made everything I need done look BEAUTIFUL. I will definitely be recommending him to everyone I know... jobs big n small.
